Onwards and Upwards

Hopefully we can carry some of last weekend's momentum into this next weekend!!! A bunch of us (and some of our friends from the TAF Half Marathon Training Program) will be running in the Raleigh Rocks Half Marathon on Sat. Of course, this race probably seems like a walk in the park to Kirby, who will be running the Terrapin Mountain Ultra Marathon (50K & a 7560 elevation gain... that's just crazy). And, Bobby Mack (TAF Elite) is in Poland for the World Cross Country Championships. So, come out and run/cheer/help... RUN AWESOME... and GOOD LUCK!!! #20
