Good thing, because they keep you
healthy. Chestnuts are good sources of calcium, iron, phosphorus, and the B vitamins. They are good for muscle building, your teeth, and keeping blood vessels healthy. And, December is the prime month for
fresh chestnuts.
Roast them or add them to
soup,
rice, and
stuffing. Either way, they're grrrrrrrrrreat!
