In my opinion, the traditional Thanksgiving dinner is probably one of the healthiest of all the holidays:
turkey, mashed
potatoes,
sweet potatoes,
corn,
green beans,
squash,
cranberry sauce... all washed down with a nice slice of
pumpkin pie! I mean, I'm seriously not seeing how Thanksgiving gets tied into all of the "
holiday weight gain"
nonsense... even desert counts as a vegetable!
