Egg Nog Protein Shake

1/2 cup of lowfat cottage cheese
1-2 scoops of plain or vanilla protein
1 tsp rum extract
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup of water
8-16 ice cubes
Sweetener of choice (to taste)
