So I haven't done a "product comparison" in a while, and I figured I might as well because they'll have 2nd Surge available on the City of Oaks course and I pretty much know nothing about that gel. So, we'll take the "chocolate" flavor from

2nd Surge has 3g of protein, whereas the other gels have no protein. The Hammer Gel also contains an amino acid blend.
