1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 scoop plain or vanilla protein powder
1 tbs instant vanilla pudding mix
5-10 ice cubes
4-6 oz of cold water
2-5 drops of peppermint extract
Sweetener of choice (to taste)
5-10 drops of red food coloring
