Strawberries are...

1. Delicious and nutritious (just like PowerBar PowerGels)
2. Are TAF Racing Red (Crayola... take note)
3. IN SEASON NOW!!!

The "Strawberry Plan"
Breakfast - combine with cereal to increase iron absorption or oatmeal to lower cholesterol
Lunch - peanutbutter and strawberry jelly... because it is the "best runner's food on the planet"
Dinner - I hate / am too impatient to cook... and you don't need to cook strawberries... perfect!!!
Snack - strawberries & cream locopops or a smoothie
