Breakfast - combine with cereal to increase iron absorption or oatmeal to lower cholesterol
Lunch - peanutbutter and strawberry jelly... because it is the "best runner's food on the planet"
Dinner - I hate / am too impatient to cook... and you don't need to cook strawberries... perfect!!!
